The problem
The agency runs on gut feeling. Nobody has an overview of the real operations, and the friction is paid for every day: files that drag, forgotten follow-ups, scattered information.
Situations we have met with our clients and prospects, in sales as well as in property management.
- Owners spending two hours every morning piecing together what happened the day before, even on holiday.
- An agency run on a shared spreadsheet with fragile formulas, where the commission calculation, the most sensitive of all, hangs by a thread.
- Tools tried then dropped: too heavy for the team on the ground, or far too expensive for a business of human size.
What you get
- The map of your real flows: incoming leads, listings, sale files, internal communication.
- The leaks identified and quantified: where the hours go, where files get lost.
- A prioritised, realistic action plan, in an order that fits your daily reality.
How it works
A scoping conversation
We talk about your agency, your team and what gets stuck today. No demo, no pricing: we listen.
Mapping your real flows
We follow the real path of a lead, a listing and a deal through the tools you use today, and note where information gets lost.
Quantifying the leaks
Lost hours, forgotten follow-ups, double data entry: each leak is estimated, so you know what is worth fixing first.
The debrief
You receive the map of your flows and a prioritised plan, with the three projects to start first. It is yours, whether we continue together or not.
The result: You know exactly where your organisation leaks, and where to start. Whether we continue together or not.
Who it is for
Frequently asked questions
Does the whole team need to be involved?
No. Most of the work is done with the agency owner or team leader, then a few short conversations with key people. Business carries on as usual during the audit.
Do we need to know which tool we want first?
Definitely not. The audit starts from the tools you use today and tells you which ones to keep, which to connect and what is really missing. The tool comes last.
What if we don't want to go further?
The plan is yours. You can implement it yourself, with another provider or with us: it is written to be usable either way.
