Privacy policy

What we collect, why, for how long, and how to take back control.

This page is an English translation of the French privacy policy. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This policy explains which personal data are collected on this website, why, how long they are kept and what your rights are. It is deliberately written in plain language.

What we do not do

Who can access it

Your data are processed by Ambre Henric. They pass through the following technical service providers, who act as processors:

ProviderRoleLocation
Vercel Inc.Website hosting and technical logsUnited States
Google LLC (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet)Receiving the messages sent through the forms, sending the email containing the link to your action plan, appointment booking, video callsUnited States / EU
Airtable Inc.Storing and tracking the requests receivedUnited States

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

Where your data are accessed

PROCESS UP PTE. LTD. has its registered office in Singapore and its director works from Thailand. Your data, hosted by the providers above, are therefore accessed from these two countries, which do not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. The data do not leave the servers of the providers listed above: they are accessed there remotely, by the only authorised person, with personal credentials and two-factor authentication. For any question about how this access is safeguarded, write to the contact address.

Google Calendar booking module

The contact section offers a booking module provided by Google. It does not load automatically: it only appears if you click the "Show the Google calendar" button. From that click, your IP address is sent to Google and Google may set a cookie on your device (in particular the "NID" cookie, governed by Google's privacy policy). Your click counts as consent to this loading, for the current visit only: we do not remember this choice. If you would rather avoid it, simply use the contact form or write directly to contact@processup.pro: no data is sent to Google in that case.

How long we keep it

At the end of these periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your data at any time:

To exercise these rights, write to contact@processup.pro. You will receive a reply within one month. No justification will be asked of you for a deletion request.

Your rights under the PDPA (Singapore)

Because PROCESS UP PTE. LTD. is a Singapore company, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies to all the processing described here, whatever your country. In practice:

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. In France, this is the CNIL: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the tools containing your data is protected by personal credentials and two-factor authentication wherever the provider allows it. The data are only accessible to people who need to know them to handle your request.
