Deals that move forward on their own. Listings that keep coming in

Process'Up structures your agency: one single place for everything, follow-ups that send themselves.

And you, in the meantime? You sell.

The reality

Let's be honest: your agency is running on chaos

  • The Option to Purchase?Stuck with the conveyancing lawyers. One document is missing and nobody ever chased it.
  • Saturday's lead?Called back on Thursday. They had already signed elsewhere.
  • The villa file?Part in the CRM, part on WhatsApp, the rest in your assistant's head.
  • The missing certificate?Requested three times. Received: zero.
  • And you?Doing data entry at 9 pm instead of preparing your valuations. Again.

It's not a team problem. It's the absence of a system.

The good news? A system can be built.

The bill

What compensating costs you, every single week

The chaos isn't free. Move the sliders: this is your agency, in numbers.

Run the numbers for your agency

Orders of magnitude, not promises. The exact figure, we find together during the audit.

And in commission?

Those freed-up hours mean more prospecting and more seller meetings. How many extra listings per month?

Hours lying dormant 10 to 16 hours per week, across the whole agency

That's 470 to 750 hours per year

The missed revenue S$180,000 in commission per year

Hours: repetitive tasks that can be automated (data entry, follow-ups, tracking), added up across the team. Commission: around S$15,000 per sale (blend of HDB and private resales, around 2% seller-side commission). Orders of magnitude, never a promise.

The benefits

What actually changes

No vague “save time”. Time given back to your owners, your buyers, your listings.

More listings signed

The time taken back from admin goes where it pays: prospecting, valuations, seller meetings.

Less time lost with conveyancing lawyers

Files complete first time round, documents chased automatically: the sale moves forward without you pushing.

Zero forgotten follow-ups

Sellers, buyers, lawyers: everyone is followed up at the right time, no post-its, no guilt.

No more evening data entry

Information entered once shows up everywhere. Your agents go home, and so does your laptop.

Every buyer and seller called back

Every incoming contact gets an immediate reply and a scheduled call-back. Nobody signs elsewhere for lack of a call again.

Time for your owners

Viewings, valuations… and the client moments that build your reputation. The system handles the rest.

The solution

Three projects, tackled in order

Tailor-made

Every system starts from the audit of your agency, never from a template. Pricing on request, once your needs are clear.

The method

Four stages, like a well-run sale

The process in pictures. Scroll: this is exactly what will happen in your agency.

Stage 1

The audit

I observe your agency from the inside, up close and without judgement.

You leave with: the map of your leaks and the 3 priorities to tackle.

Stage 2

Everything in one place

Contacts, listings, files, ads: everything is centralised. One tool, not twelve tabs open at all times.

In practice: the villa file? Found in 10 seconds. Even by the intern who started on Monday.

Stage 3

The launch

The automations come online one by one: follow-ups, document requests, listing tracking, incoming leads. Tested with your team, in real conditions.

Warn the team: the first follow-up that sends itself always gets a small round of applause.

Stage 4

The key handover

Your team is trained, everything is documented. The system belongs to you and runs without me.

And me? I come back for the new ideas. And for a celebratory drink, if you insist.

The rule never changes: understand first, build second. The tool comes last.

The chaos won't fix itself

A free audit, no strings attached: we lay your organisation out flat, you leave with a clear view of what's leaking. Whether we continue together or not.

About

The architect of your organisation

Before structuring agencies, I was inside one. Property agent, then deputy agency manager, top of my class three years running, in sales then in real estate management. I didn't learn this business from a book: I lived it, listings in hand. Today, Process'Up is headquartered in Singapore and works with agencies across Southeast Asia.

I've known the sale files that sleep, the documents requested three times, the Sunday evenings spent putting out fires. And this obvious truth: everything held together because everyone was compensating.

So I trained in one single thing: turning an agency that's drowning into an agency that flows. Files that move forward without being pushed, teams that know who does what, owners who get their evenings back. And their listings.

That's what Process'Up is: I speak your language, and I build the system I would have dreamed of back then.
